Xcem 3D manufacture a range of light cure resins for DLP rapid printing of hard and soft ear moulds. (using cast method). Multiple mulds can be printed in less than 90 min with upto 400 slices.
Printing of ear mould can also be in color including sections by easily changing resins which are pravialble in rnge of colors. The mould will be formed with uniform color. A range of light cure varnishes and surface layers makes for excellent scratch resistant surface finish. Additionally lacquers and shellac colours are provided to dye objects and customise to customer requirements.
Xcem3D provides a program of LC resins, lacquers and surface coatings and sealers together with a range of especially developed silicone impression materials to ease wark load of auditory laboratories.
