Key Features:

  • High Heat Deflection Temperature (HDT)
Withstands temperatures up to 160°C (320°F) or higher, depending on post-curing.

  • Dimensional Stability Under Load
Maintains structural integrity under thermal stress.

  • Superior Surface Quality
Achieves smooth finishes and sharp detail for functional and aesthetic parts.

  • Mechanical Strength
Enhanced stiffness and durability for performance applications.

  • Compatible With 405nm Resin Printers
Works with most LCD, DLP, and SLA systems with proper curing settings.

🛠️ Ideal Applications:

  • Injection mold tooling

  • Thermoforming and vacuum forming molds

  • High-heat functional prototypes

  • Automotive and aerospace components

  • Electronics housings and insulators

🔧 Post-Processing Tips:

  1. Proper UV Curing is Critical
Achieving maximum thermal resistance requires extended UV curing (and sometimes heat post-curing as recommended).

  2. Supports May Be Harder to Remove
Due to rigidity, trim supports carefully to avoid surface damage.

  3. Sandable and Paintable
Can be finished like traditional engineering plastics after post-curing.
